"Before you use extractor screw head needs to be pre drilled and its tricky to choose the right drill bit and/or decide how deep to pre drill to. If pre drilled hole is to wide or isn't deep enough the extractor doesn't bite in. If you pre drill it to far using extractor screw head snaps off. I tried it several times without much success. Only two times out of ten I manage to get screw out. After that the thread got blank. I cant see my self ever trying it again."
