"Load it up then pump and click, The rivets go in it's slick and so quick. Awkward angle? Just give it a twist Saves messing about or spraining your wrist. I rate this all 5 stars, just look at my ticks With your Click & Collect I say thank you Screwfix."
"Used this for doing upholstery on a folding camper. My son used it, I think it would be too hard for my hands as needed a lot of strength. The used rivets often had to be removed from tool with pliers. Overall very pleased, an improvement on the old pair we had, and it takes various sizes."
"I purchased this because I though the twisting head might come in handy sometimes. However under standard operation this riveter requires a lot more strength to operate than others that I've used. It feel sturdy and does it's job - but you will need strong hands!"
"I purchased this because I had need for blind rivets larger than my old pop-rivet gun could handle and I thought that the "twisting" head would be useful in awkward places. But, although the gun works well, I was disappointed that I had to dismantle the head assembly after each rivet, in order to remove the rivet "tail"."
"The adjustable head is useful but the riveter seems to require more effort to set rivets than my old one and spent rivits do not seem to eject unless you tap in the fresh rivet lightly with a hammer, a bit of a pain when using it up a ladder as I was. Maybe it will free up with use. The handles are far apart even when closed so it's a two handed job to use it. It covers a good range of rivit sizes though."
"Found this required a lot of strength to operate and eventually got fed up with having to continually dismantle to remove the stems. Never used the twist function. I have now replaced this with a different model."
"This is an absolute piece of junk that lasted exactly 4 rivets before refusing to set anymore......... despite my best efforts. Maybe OK for DIY'ers but if it's to help earn your living forget it. I only used it because my son bought one and my original CK had broken after 18 years. Stay well clear."
"I had been using a very cheap pop rivet gun from Lidl. to replace the hinges in my UPVC windows. Coming towards the end of the job the riveter broke and I rushed to Screwfix and bought this one. I could not get enough leverage to snap the rivets so had to go and borrow another gun from a friend to finish the job. I think that the extended nose, which allows the gun to be twisted, reduces the effectiveness of the lever action. Anyway I returned the riveter next day and Screwfix promptly refunded my money and took it back into stock. It may be a very handy tool for small aluminium rivets but it woudn't look at 4mm rivets."
