Does the job on ceramic tiles
3 Apr 2014
By ESheridan

"This cutter worked fine for me on ceramic wall tiles, cut a nice neat hole. I used it 4 times and it doesn't look worn out. Don't forget to order the arbour as well, I didn't and found I had to make a second visit to the store."

Great tile cutter.

"I have used this product probably a dozen times on various ceramic tiles, it cuts a neat hole, is easy to use as long as you don't us a hammer action. For the price it is a good buy once you have the arbor. My cutter has no signs of wear as yet. I can't comment on how it would cope with a harder tile or metal but for ceramic tiles its great."

Good value hole saw for tiles

"Use this to cut several holes through tiles and it did a good job. Can't say how many holes it will manage before it wears out, but at this price it isn't an issue."

Wouldn't rush out to buy this!

"I bought this holesaw for drilling metal enclosures to fit stuffing glands...result?....Its rubbish! The holesaw suggests to drill slow but i would've have spent all day drilling that enclosure. I suggest you buy the cheaper holesaw with the teeth which chewed through the enclosure like a bulldog on a squeaky toy. Ive used the Grit edged holesaw on 1 tile and a few plastic patrices and already its looking warn.
Not a good product for its price."
