"I've been wanting to do this job for around 5 years since doing the kitchen remodel. The hardest thing is definitely getting the hole drilled in the wall, but once that's done.... This kit was complete, and so easy to fit that the job was over too quickly, if that's possible. Recommended"
"This is easy to install and there is little to go wrong. Only comment would be on the price and there is little to it but there again manufactures set the price and I couldn't find it cheaper in the time scale that I had."
"Good value kit, piece parts to cover all arrangements of fitting. The only downside was that I had to do another cut to enlarge the outlet hole. The outlet hole needed to be larger than what was stated in the instructions."
"All the bits you need for a rear vented tumble dryer where the wall is within approx. 1metre. The external vent is fine for the job but it's not massive, so cut a fairly decent, 110mm dia, hole for the vent pipe, so that the wall plugs for the external vent's fixing holes don't break out into the vent hole. The aluminium tube for the wall is multi creased, concertina style, so it's easy to pull to extend as required but remember the creases are on a spiral when you cut it to length which is easy to do with scissors. The tube to fittings fit was a bit loose so I also sealed them with mastic. The flex hose is very flexible but consequently the fabric is not very thick, but seems tough enough as I had no splits. Good product."
"I have just installed one of these and it was very simple and practical and it is able to fit to any tumble dryer. It has all the components to make a good fit and cover any poor edges to your wall hole. The only issue i had is that the flexible white hose from the dryer is very weak and does not stay open if pressed against a wall. I therefore discarded this part and use the heavier duty and more rigid original hose. overall a handy kit."
"Excellent value, when you consider that a flexible hose on it's own costs nearly half as much as this. You get all the bits you need to attach pretty much any new or old dryer to a vent, and duct through a wall properly."
