"Good and cheap and work well. Must point out you need a big posidrive screw driver for maximum tightening"

frame fixers
23 Oct 2011

"Not bad value compared to high street DIY shops. That said some of the screws strip very easily if you don't have the correct size screw bit. I would suggest that you invest in a decent bit when you buy the frame fixers. Screwfix should provide a basic hot link to the correct screw it but don't. Overall good but be careful or you will get a mashed screw head"

"The heads on these fixings are very soft. Make sure your screwdriver bit is good and doesn't slip, they strip very easily."

Soft heads
14 Mar 2013
By Widepie

"The heads / crest are very soft can easy wear making it impossible to drive the screw fully into position.
4 out of the 4 I used all were easily damaged.
They are very cheap compared to other brands available.
I won’t be buying them again."
