"These are a tried and tested unit, with many thousands made and fitted, timer can be a bit temperamental though, but on the whole an excellent extractor fan, they do what they say, and have an excellent life span, I have fitted hundreds and to my knowledge I have only had to replace 2 to date."
"First time Screwfix customer. Simple to order and pick up. Fan purchased to replace existing failed Vortice unit. Clear instructions and easy to fit. Much quieter than the old unit and about half the price!"
"Easy to fit and as quiet as most fans. I am using these to replace fans costing 10 times this amount. The only advantage of the dearer fan is they have a removable filter which makes cleaning a breeze. I find that in our hotel I remove one of these fans, pull the blade off and wipe it and the body, put it back together and refit. Whole job takes less than 5 minutes roughly every 6 months to keep them looking good. If they ever fit a filter to one I will happily pay another tenner"
"I used this to replace a failed unit (over 10 years old from another manufacturer) . It was quick and easy to fit and seems to be working fine. (2 weeks in service). Good instructions. Screws etc included."
"I bought this as a direct replacement for one that packed up in our en-suite after 5 and a half years. Dead simple to fit, if a little fiddly with the wiring as the terminal blocks are very small, and really suit single cable fitment. When I switched it on I thought it wasn't working at first, it was SO much quieter than the original. That did it for me, I went back a couple of weeks later and bought another three for the other bathrooms."
"Good fan, seems very efficient and very quiet, Timer facility very good, fan looks good, cheap price and the fitting instructions were easy to follow. The description says wall mounted, but can also be fitted in the ceiling (as mine is). Really good."
