"Compared to more expensive one this has what seem to be excellent tight seals at each end. It bends at 90' easily. It has a liner inside that will smooth out the flow around the bend, the more expensive product didn't ave that. I haven't given it top marks for reliability and performance as I have just installed it, but looks quality."
"I had to replace a leaking connector and this did the job easily and effectively. It is bent through 90 degrees due to the way the toilet is fitted and this was done with no problems at all. Taking the old one off wasn't much fun though after many years of used…..!!!"
"Used this product for installing WC to IPS panel. The existing fixed soil pipe was not centre to New IPS panel, therefore this is a great product to use between pan centre and off-centre existing soil pipe, The difference was 80mm which this was used to create the pipework offset in a short limited space. It also helps with the general ease of what was a tight space of installation. This at a good price as well."
"This flexible pan connector was perfect for moving the pan over to centralise it in the room. Be aware though that if your customer puts oven cleaner or caustic soda down the loo it is not likely to survive!!!"
"The product is good. It would seem to be a little fragile on the seal retaining clip as the first one I had, had been damaged in transit and was refunded and swapped by my local branch who were friendly and apologetic. I found that it was easiest to fit the pipe to the toilet first as the seal is very secure and firm. I would support the ring seal whilst fitting to hold the seal and clip to the pipe as mentioned this could be a weak point when fitting. Once installed there will be no issues. It is fairly flexible (bendy but doesn't sag) and I have it bent at around 90'. The seal on the other end I found easier to remove and fit in the pipe first. This meant I could get the seal in securely and firmly without having a fight. Once the seal was fitted the pipe could be fairly easily connected. It functions perfectly and doesn't leak and has a good flow on it."
"A reviewer has implied that caustic solutions will degrade the product. As the material is Polypropylene, this is implausible - refer to wikipedia for material properties. It is more likely that the component suffered rodent damage."
