"Did the job I bought them foe however they highlighted the need for me to replace the pad on the sander as the velrco on the disks pulled the velcro on the pad off around the edges of the pad. I do not attribute this to have been caused by the disks it is more to do with the age of my sander and the pad,"
"These do the job. Have used them before. I got a discounted price so was reasonably happy. Only snag is if you sand on a high power they can tend to lose their ability to stick to the sander pretty quickly."
"I recently purchased a Titan random orbit sander, the first time I have owned or used such a device. I used the sander to tackle a window sill covered in a mix of wood stain and/or varnish and/or paint. Most of the material was removed with an abrasive disc fitted in a drillI but the sander finished the job off very well.
Each sheet lasted about 15 minutes but, given the difficult nature of the substance I was trying to remove, I was perfectly satisfied with that performance. The final finish of the wood, after changing to finer grade sanding discs, was very good, far better than anything I could have done by hand and it was done in a fraction of the time. 35p per sheet is a small price to pay for such efficiency and convenience."
"Sorry to say this product is not very good quality I bought these to use on the same make orbital sander but they do not stick very long to the machine,I have since bought better quality discs and they stick fine so have to say it is the discs and not the sanding machine...........
