Good replacement chuck
22 Apr 2014

"Excellent replacement for an old well-used LIDL hammer drill. The head of the retaining screw (LH thread) in the old chuck had worn down but its thread stripped easily when I put a large allen key in the chuck and wacked it anti-clockwise with a hammer. Cut slot in head of old screw and re-fitted. Too early to comment on reliability but it looks as if it will last OK."

"I guess you get what you pay for.
This item flew apart after 3 drilling sessions, so I took it back."
