"Cellotape would stick better. I should have paid heed to the poor reviews, but I needed a solution quick, the tape is useless. Wanted to stick on a rendered wall to cover a gap for a few days. The tape is just not tacky, like old poor masking tape, I can't imagine what it would stick to?"
"Not a great product, wanted to stick plastic to a roof. Bought all weather tape so it could cope with the wet weather. It did not seem overly sticky, so I put the tape on 3 strips wide. It was dry when I put it on, rained over night and had fallen off in the morning. Might be suitable for very light use on plastics but not much use for anything else."
"I am not entirely sure what surfaces this tape is meant to be 'all weather' on but following advice I used it to tape to windproof the gaps between polycarbonate sheets. All recommended preparation was followed to the letter, in fact the surfaces still had there protective film on immediately prior to application of the tape. I was impressed by the tapes strength and found it very easy to work with. It held fast for the first couple of months but during winter I think the first frost had the effect of making the adhesive lose all adhesion whatsoever - resulting in 100% of the tape blowing away in the wind soon after."
