"I have only used this mower once. Hence the 3* rating for reliability. I would have to see if it starts well/ works well over a longer period to judge this aspect of the machine. Saying that, it started second time from new and did the job it was supposed to do. It made short work of my 200sqm lawn. The powered drive is a godsend, no more pushing! Two minor criticisms (and they probably apply to all mowers) it does not cut close to the edge of my garden which is surrounded by a fence, and it is hard to manoeuvre round obstacles due to the large wheels. Otherwise an excellent well made product."

Review 2 for Mountfield SP533ES 51cm 3.41hp 160cc Rotary Key-Start Petrol Lawn Mower
"Love this mower. Starts with a key - I can never get the hang of those pull cords! 5 height levels to cut all types of grass. Easy manouverability. Don't complain now when the grass needs cutting - the old professional 36" mower was a different matter! Fast contact was made to arrange delivery, cost of which was included in purchase price, and delivery was as planned. Very courteous and helpful delivery person. Excellent machine, and excellent service throughout."

Review 3 for Mountfield SP533ES 51cm 3.41hp 160cc Rotary Key-Start Petrol Lawn Mower
"We bought the very similar SP536ES two years ago from Screwfix because we particularly wanted an electric start mower. I am sorry to say it has given nothing but trouble, and we will be scrapping it this year (2014). Although troublesome Mountfield have honoured repairs with the 2 year warranty. The big problem with this machine is that it is very difficult to start - both the pull cord and the electric start struggle to get the mower going, and spark plug removal and cleaning is routine before every use. I think the real problem is the engine - ours has a Chinese engine that looks like a copy of a Honda. If the current mower comes with a real Honda engine or a Briggs & Stratton it will probably be OK, but check it before buying, and if not fitted with one of the two well known engines then avoid and get something else"
