"Rubber is better than chrome (for me), it’s been the only bath plug choice for a long time until recently
These rubber plugs just work as expected, Chrome bath plugs don’t cost that much more and I have been using them for a while. They look nice but they can jam in the plug hole and then the chain snaps as the plug is pulled out. These rubber ones just work as expected. I have now stopped replacing the chrome ones that tidy away in the overflow with like for like and I am using these rubber ones in their place. It’s not as ecstatically nice as a chrome plug snuggly fitted into the overflow, but neither is a snapped chain with the plug sitting on the side of the bath"
"Good quality moulding, so the plug seals nicely. Chain easy to cut to length for use on kitchen sinks. Chain fixing of reasonable quality (marks from manufacture), easy to fit using small pliers with flat jaws. Great price."
