"These are like the Rolls-Royce of fencing pins, made from 12mm rebar painted black (so no rust) with rubber caps to protect the sharp points. Being 12mm in diameter they are stronger than many other thinner versions.
They are rather expensive, but if you need them in a hurry then Screwfix is a good bet."
"Very good item that allows us to put up temporary boundaries when giving pony rides at events...keeping the ponies safe from crowds and allowing us to prevent children entering the area the ponies are 'working'.."
"The first thing I noticed when I picked these up from the store, is how heavy they are... they seem to be solid metal and they're definitely good and stury.
They stick into the ground easily enough and stay there when there's rope, fence or whatever tied between them. We're using them at the moment to mark out some areas in the garden for work and will then use them to fence off the holes temporarily."
"Bought these to use with the orange barrier fencing for fencing off part of our garden where we didn't want children going during our grandsons birthday party. Worked extremely well-apart from the usual trouble maker who burrowed under it at one point-there's always one! The posts themselves seem durable enough and the 'ribbing' on them helps keep the fencing in place."
"These are excellent. I bought them to put up a temporary fence while installing a new fence and they are very well made and are strong and do an excellent job. If it was a commercial job then they might want a little longer length but other wise they would do 99% of jobs they are designed to do. Highly recommend. Good price too."
