"I've found that the gear tray plate becomes distorted if you make off the two gland entries at each end of the light fitting base - especially if glanding off 2-core SWA or MICC and having to introduce a earthing nut/plate for earth continuity. Even worse if three gland entries are used. The ballast size and location means that the cabling used has to be diverted into the same areas resulting in a distinct lack of space pushing the gear tray plate and the lamps outwards (convex)."

Review 4 for ASD AB/BP2X9 Rectangular Bulkhead Black 18W
"Good solid housing but felt that the mounting for the lamp holders was rather flimsy and could be easily broken if handled too roughly. Easy to fit with plenty of room for cables etc. Unable to assess performance or reliability properly as unit has only been in operation for a week. So far working as it should and giving good light."
