"For an entry level saw this is spot on.You could spend twice what this costs and still not get a saw as good. I use this as a rough saw but for heavy daily trade use I wouldn't recommend it. However for the enthusiastic DIY'er or occasional site use this is a great purchase. (Been using for just over a month)"
"Bought this as I needed new blades - and for very little more have a saw that meets a number of needs. Very comfortable to use, easy to adjust for depth and angle of cut, and the 'rage' blade does exactly what it says on the tin - brilliantly. Can't yet give it 5stars for reliability,as I've not had it long enough, but would I recommend it? DEFINITELY"
"This isn't going to win circular saw of the year but probably could win most value for money. You're not going to want to use it for hardwoods all day but for a general use saw its spot on. All you need for your basic joinery & the multi purpose blade will come in use sooner or later and works great on aluminium. Money well spent. Features are as you'd expect, guids, riving knife, guard, 45' cut."
"Just bought this saw as a starter saw to see how things go!! Very impressed with how easy it is to use, nice and light and buttons and switches all nice ands easy to locate to operate. I would recommend this to brand to anyone who was starting out on there own or a keen diy'er and didn't want to invest to much money in tools!!"
"Was dissapointed because you assume that when a manufacturer supplies 110v tools that they are a comparible spec to the trade quality items. There is a design fault to this saw,. The saw blade bevels to 45 deg, but when returning the blade to 0deg, it goes past zero another degree. I have never known a trade saw to naturally cut out of square. If i had bought this at full price £99.99 i would have been gutted. But at £50 ok."
"I am swapping all my 240 kit to 110v. So I thought I had better swap out my 20 year old non brand circular and saw this on offer. What a piece of rubbish!! I mainly use the circular to trim of fencing or decking edges before facing. This saw wanders all over the place!! if you apply any guidance to direct down a chalk line you just get a wavy mess. Seriously not up to amy accurate task. Spend an extra £30 quid and get a basic bosch or makita. I will never use it again"
"I bought this saw as my old makita had bit the dust after many years hard work, at £49 the saw was cheep and when you use it it feels and looks cheep the guide hopeless really thin metal, the blade went blunt very quickly and saw is very noisy when your using it and to cap it off the lead on the saw is very short so the 110v plug keeps catching on everything, my apprentice can have it as an early crimbo present."
