"This is a really well made crow bar. Wanted something larger than normal to remove skirting boards prior to laying a solid oak floor. The design is just right. The ground ends mean the bar can get behind the board and the wide flat end means I only needed a small piece of ply to prevent damage to the plasterwork. Did the whole hall in less than an hour with absolutely no damage to the plaster. I can now lay the solid oak floor and put in new skirting boards over the floor rather than those horrible scotia strips."
"In the listing this is described as "The ultimate wrecking and demolition bar" and they're not kidding! A very substantial and weighty bar, it looks and feels bombproof, it demolished an old roof and ripped scores of 6" nails from old joists with ease, it easily paid for itself within 5 minutes of starting the job but looks and feels like it'll last for a very long time."
"Bought this to assist lifting some tounge and groove flooring, and it far exceeded my expectations, make the job much easier and faster while causing less damage! the 24" is a good weight but not to heavy that is is dificult to work with, the claw is invaluable to large nails too. Partner this with a good sized rubber mallet to help knock it into/under things...... sorted."
"this bar is far better than the one I had. same size but much heavier and a better grip finish. the tangs are well formed and removed large nails out of block wall no problem. good weight, in host cases its own weight is sufficient to penetrate skirting board/wall then prize it off. I will consider other items in the range. as for reliability. well it's a crowbar and gives confidence to use it."
"Not the cheapest bar, but you get what you pay for. Unlike cheaper bars that may as well be made of cheese, this will take the abuse, and is just the length I was looking for - gave enough leverage without being too unwieldy."
