"These floplast fittings are good quality and WRAS approved, which all plumbing fittings must be. There is a nack to fitting these fittings. Never remount them without trimming the end of the pipe. Inserts are compulsary for proformance.
Here is how to fit them without having a leak. Cut the pipe square fit the insert, push the pipe in until you feel it stop. Now heres the nack, remove the clip, push the pipe again, feel it go through the O ring, refit the clip, this way you know you have pushed it past the O ring. Any other way you cannot be sure you pushed it completely home.
I recently plumbed a heating and hot water system in 100% PEX and used these fittings. I had zero leaks N.B. The first 3m of boiler Flow n return must be in copper. End of Tip."

Review 2 for FloPlast Flo-Fit Equal Tee 10mm Pack of 5
"These copies of JG tees appear to be good value direct equivalents, but I used them alongside JGs in the same job & the Flo-fits are APPALLINGLY bad - leaks galore, while the JGs work flawlessly.
My only regret is that I neglected to retain the receipt, or I'd immediately take them back to Screwfix to swap them for JGs.
For anyone reading this and wondering, I used genuine JG P-EX barrier pipe, and tried to get the Flo-fits to work both with and without JG pipe-end inserts. Either way, they leaked all over the place, in contrast to the excellent JG tees.
My advice: Pay the premium for JGs and don't think twice."
