"The only downfall is that you don't appear to be able to immerse this camera into water. Other than that, the image is remarkably clear and sharp so for the price i believe it to be excellent value for money."

"Bought this to view hard to reach areas of boilers and flue systems.Works really well and the 3 light levels are very useful. Can be extended up to 2M to reach most places.Good value and has paid for itself already."

Titan inspection camera

"Fitting ceiling lights to my kitchen I needed something to check wires & pipes in the void above, by making a small hole I inserted the camera , looking at the hand held screen I was able to miss wires along a joist, if I'd hit them it would've cost more than the camera cost."

"On offer, exceptional value at the price I paid.
So far so good, with use for inspecting 'flues in voids'.
Can think of several other uses for a gas technician / engineer.

"Useful gizmo, particularly if discounted.
A couple of points not mentioned in the instructions:
Focus is best at about 1cm - 10cm range, so not ideal for say inspecting gutters from the bedroom windows, which is what I had in mind.
You can't record (as it says) but you can freeze the image on screen by unscrewing the camera cable. Tricky to hold the handset steady while doing this though.

Titan Inspection Camera
23 May 2013

"Ordered two of these and both were faulty.
First unit had a problem with the LED as it would work intermittently. The colour picture was pretty good and the zoom feature useful.
The second unit wouldn't accept that I had screwed the camera probe into the handset. Both units had poorly fitting battery pack which I'm sure would have needed securing with tape!
Unfortunately, they both went back and Screwfix were very helpful."
