"Good value cheaper that the same product purchased elseware but be awaire. The fittings supplied were not suitable for the item, ie size 12s screws for a fitting that takes a size 6 screw and no dowel for joining the pole."

Complete rubbish

"What a waste of money! Supplied with large, bright chrome screws which stand out against the dark wood stain. The wall mounts are not countersunk, so the screwheads stand proud of the dark wood and are difficult to cover.
But worst of all, the wood of the wall mounts breaks if you tighten the screws! First time I thought I'd over done it. The second time I tried carefully to just tighten the screw so that the wall mount wasn't moving, but it still broke.
Screwfix used to sell a cheaper curtain pole and that is ten times more sturdy than this. My advice is avoid this product.
