"They are functional and do what they are supposed to. the mechanical design is basic and there are better mechanisms around. the grip is not anti slip so they slip out of the hand too much. there are better cutters around and you don't need to look far for them."
"The bypass secateurs of same brand have worked well for me, but I was disappointed with these. There is no ratchet mechanism and they struggle to cut larger branches. Also they don't bite against the block properly, leaving a tag of branch that rips off instead of cutting. There is no groove in the block to accept the blade."
"These secateurs are ok. They do the job but there are better quality secateurs available of you are prepared to pay a bit more. Handles are metal with no rubber grip so this is a negative point. I only had some very thin branches to prune, these secateurs did the job with no problem."
"Used this tool for a couple of days and the it failed. One side of the cutting jaws is plastic and held in place by a solitary rivet which ultimately can't take the pressure of cutting. Hence it failed! In my opinion a major design flaw. Have returned the item and bought a more expensive pair at £14.99."
