"The design is perfect for the nautical theme of the bathroom. Good solid construction, materials used means very good value. Easy to fit and install. I do not like the bulb it is fitted with, the G9, it is fussy to fit and lumens per watt can be bettered by other bulbs. The colour of the light is also heavy on the yellow rather than the blue white. Perhaps some people need subtle lighting in the bathroom but it will mean more lighting to be fitted for make up etc."
"Easy to fit, compact IP rated bathroom fitting. It looks quite good in place and for the price its good value. Drawbacks are the rear cable entry is tiny so you will struggle if the mains is looped in at the light or if you have more than one cable. Its also not the brightest so is only suitable if used in conjunction with other fittings or in a small bathroom."
"Nice compact light. Was hoping that with a good LED bulb (5w) in here it would be nice and bright - unfortunately the glass cover is so opaque that little light gets through (no idea why so many bathroom lights are made like this?).
The light itself is well made & easy to fit with space in the right places to get the cable through and connections made without the need to grow a 3rd hand.
It sits a little proud of the ceiling on little rubber feet (as mentioned in the Q&A section). This is a little off-putting as it lets some light escape through and cast strange bits out on the ceiling.
Overall it's just let down but how little light it can give out - I wouldn't recommend it at all."
"The light is good value for money and was easy to install. My complaint is that when you switch the light on you can see the outline of the preinstalled wiring and connecting block and how ever you try by pushing the wiring away from the globe the outlines still remain."
