Excellent

" This tap has a real quality feel, and my plumber didn't have any of the problems connecting it that the previous reviewer did. The flow is beautifully smooth and efficient. I've given reliability 5 stars, but haven't really had it long enough to know if that's the case. "

Highly Recommended

" I purchased this to replace a new Swirl Mixer which didn't work properly - I though it would be overkill at this price, but no, it is absolutely excellent - the flow rate is particularly impressive - fills a kettle in no time and very little splashing.
Well worth the price!

" Easily fitted & works very smoothly. Quite a heavy piece of kit, but gives you that feeling of quality. "

" seems nice, smooth action on water control, only thing is that the aerator does little if any aerating at all. also you do not get a check valve "

" Sleek, easy to use and good flow through hot n cold. Happy so far. Easy enough to fit if you know what you are doing. Not flexible hose underneath was only draw back from an easy fit. "

OK tap

" The tap initially feels like it is going to be quality, it has a certain weight about it but, once fitted I am less convinced.
There are no labels on the tails so you know which is hot/cold. H/C are etched into the top of the tap so it is important that they are correct, other taps have a red/blue disk that can be reversed. (The tails are reversed compared with my old tap whilst the Hot/Cold direction is the same!) Infact they are the logical way the H tail is on the H side!
The tap can spin all the way round, whilst some may see this is a advantage I personally don't it makes it feel less solid
The rotating section doesn't feel very solid and flexes making the whole thing feel cheap (but then at the current reduced price it is pretty cheap)
Water leaks (slowly) from the bottom of the rotating section when the tap is on, this is likely to lead to limescale buildup over time in hardwater areas which will stop the tap turning.
All in all it seems OK after a couple of days but I'm glad it has a 5 year warranty! "

" Customer was happy initially. At some point it developed a slight leak whereby it dribbled water out of a join, which ran down on to the wooden worktop and caused staining damage. Two days ago it suddenly became a lot worse and was developing puddles on the worktop, so yesterday we had to lose a day on our current project, and in a very fiddly fitted kitchen disconnect & pull out appliances in order to yank the tap, restore as best as we could the worktop, put in the new tap, and re-fit nearly a quarter of the kitchen. We had to pay for the new, more expensive tap as a goodwill gesture to keep the customer happy given the water stain damage we couldn't take out, and have lost time on our current work, so altogether we've lost over £500 thanks to this tap! "
