"Some products shift emphisis form the intented purpose to bells and whisles, however this product keeps the focus on what it needs to do, I like it that way! Strong enough, fold down for mobility, safe locks etc, just what the tradesman ordered. DJB"
"I have been in the electrical trade for the best part of thirty years, in that time I have used many types of hop up & this is by far the best. Firstly the hop up is extremely light making it easy to move around. Secondly it is quick & easy to erect & fold away & the security catches ensure it will not collapse. Thirdly it is incredibly strong & durable & the size of the platform is just right. I am very impressed by this great piece of kit which is terrific value for money."
"I bought this perfect platform to accompany a bigger one I already have. On this occasion I'm using it to paper a ceiling and it is a grand asset to the job. It is compact, easy to fold and and store and handy for any job around the house without having to haul out step ladders. It's very sturdy, non slip and robust and gives detailed instructions on the side of the step so you always have it to confer to. The hinges are strong and easy to position. I like the fact that I feel safe when stepping on to this platform because it doesn't move or wobble. It is amazing just how strong it is and doesn't weigh a ton. I would definitely recommend this product for ANY job that involves the use of a ladder and the platform just gives you that extra bit of leeway and scope. A great product in my opinion."
"Surprising how your feet can ache when perched on aluminium step ladders. These are great for decorating, putting up coving, window cleaning. Fancy the square platform too but being more compact this will fit in places where access is more limited."
"Most hop ups i've experienced haven't been tall enough for me - this is ( although it might be better if it was a little wider ... ) Need to make your own mind up about stability and the the job your using it for. Single gripe, one locking pin came undone. Getting it reattached was a right pain as the nut was not accessible for the spanners i had to hand (although it stopped the nut from being lost forever...)"
