"delivered in one piece quick time, 3 days. stick on plastic rules, 2 extraction tubes but no dust bags. can not understand the manual it kept referring to the full engineering drawing at the back - nightmare. having said all that this is well worth the money"
"I purchased this saw to give me portable ripping facilities, I found the product to be value for money, yes its basic, but does what its supposed to do, you get what you pay for, it didn't cost a fortune so you don't get top of the range. It has performed all that I wanted from it and more.
Recommended for light use, DIY work, certainly not site work or industrial use."
"Ignore the tapes on the ends of the table and use a metal engineers rule from the blade, even my top end table saw needed setting up to get the blade parallel to the fence, this is possible with the bolts under the table holding the bearings, at some of the discount price's available on line this is exceptional value for money, but don't expect cast iron beds or a decent blade, this unit makes an ideal base for small work if you are prepared to do a bit of work on the fittings and fixtures."
"I expected basic but have to agree with some previous reviews. The measures on the front and back are not in line, I'm having to take at least 2mm off the rear one. And the most disappointing feature is the mitre cutting, there's that much play in the plastic running guide that 45 degrees is anywhere between 44 - 46 degrees, so will be having to look for a third party mitre tool that I can have confidence in"
"I purchased this machine as I wanted a small bench saw and the price seemed reasonable however as soon as I unpacked it I wished I had waited and bought a more upmarket sec this is very basic and the really disappointing feature is the measuring guide across both top and bottom these are only stickers and to make matters worse they were not even affixed in line which obviously makes it difficult to get the right measurements. I knew it was a cheap saw but would have expected better. My advice...save your money and when you have enough go for a more upmarket specification. I would NOT buy this saw after seeing it."
"This table saw is a reasonable price. After using it for a few months I regret buying it. The blade is not parallel with the table top. The fence is incredibly annoying and almost impossible to get perfectly parallel to the blade. The extension feature is a complete waste of time. The most restricting factor is the miniscule cutting width its capable of. More often than not I have to use a circular saw instead. The scale is a plasticy tape, im sceptical as to how accurate it is. I changed the blade immediately as the stock one is shocking also the insert is plastic and lower than the table which makes cutting smaller pieces impossible. Anyone contemplating buying this product, even for rough work, I can only urge you in the strongest possible sense not to be tempted by the cheap price. Wait, save your money and buy something a few levels above it, the Makita looks like a proper job. Everything about this saw is cumbersome and you spend ages on simple tasks."
