Excellent Product

"Simplicity to fit, but be aware that although the hoses themselves can be removed and re-used, the stainless steel "grab washer" inside the push-fit end does score copper piping (and presumably plastic too) enough that if reapplied to that same bit of copper pipe you would either have to polish the scored grooves out or cut the pipe back beyond them to ensure a good seal. You don't need any form of pipe insert connecting to copper pipe, but will if you are push-fitting to plastic pipe.
The bending radius is restricted, and is indicated clearly on the packaging. It's largely common sense though, and you can feel when you're about to bend it too much. Don't put pressure on the fittings at either end by bending the hose too sharply too close to the fittings. It might be a good idea to use something as a strain relief just behind the end fittings if this is possible where they are located.
I wedged a bit of firm foam pipe insulation between a joist and hose behind the push-fit end to keep it straight for the first few inches after the fitting so that the pipe wasn't pulling the fitting sideways as it tried to straighten itself. The hose is stiffer than braided hoses, but I think these are better quality than most metal braided ones. They will probably retain the bend without trying to straighten and pull at and fittings after being in place for a while, but I wouldn't rely on that.
A 500mm version would have been better for my needs and would have allowed me a bit more leeway, but I couldn't find that length with an elbow in the white JG range. White unbraided flexi hoses with elbows are hard to find anywhere other than Screwfix, and the price was very good.
JG Speedfit is, in my opinion, the best and it is worthwhile spending a couple of quid more."

"Good value product, difficult to find these with an angled tap connector.
The only thing I can think of to improve this product is external steel braiding, they always seem stronger & offer a better bending radius.
Thankyou Screwfix for stocking this item.

Pretty flexi

"Needed this to smarten up a basin where the pipe work had to be exposed, tucked in very nicely, almost invisible.
The braided section is improved cosmetically by the white cover and while stiffer to use is reluctant to kink..it almost wont allow itself to be poorly fitted. As with all Guest fittings seems very easy to demount (sometimes unnervingly easy)
Good value as with all flexis seems pricey but not after you save having to buy several individual fittings to do the same job, shame you have to buy 2.
