"Ideal; as I only occasionally need one I couldn't justify a normally-priced one. This is fine, I haven't noticed excessive slop or poor finish as some reviewers, so maybe their quality is variable. Mounting slots don't line up well for my old Draper bench drill, but haven't found managing that difficult."
"I bought this for the Titan SF13N pillar drill (also from Screwfix) but it doesn't fit onto either of the bases. It was far too big to be bolted on using the available holes on the Titan. Other than that it seemed sturdy enough but can't vouch for reliability as I returned it."
"This isn't a bad drill vice. I was attracted by the cheap price as it is a lot cheaper than record alternatives. It allows you to apply reasonable clamping power. One definite downside is the screwing jaw...this is quite sloppy. Apart from this though it isn't a bad vice!!"
"There is a lot of play in the lead screw and jaw, the finish is poor with rough edges, however, purchased for use on my welding table and did not want to pay a lot for a good one due to welding splashes etc. so for this purpose, it will be fine. If I had purchased for my drill press or milling machine, I would have been disappointed."
