"a very good bit of kit however, the end stops for repetitive cuts are not really up to the job they don't sit truly square and rigid if you need bang on cuts I'm talking 3mm - 5 mm but its enough to kick it out and the other bug is the legs are a fixed length not good on uneven ground, great in the work shop though but other than that, it has taken every thing I have slung at it"
"Good sturdy bench, as others have said. My main reason for posting is to mention the Makita LS1013. Before buying this I had read conflicting advice whether the LS1013 required the optional extra long mounting brackets or not. I can confirm that the supplied brackets are fine. The rubber feet of the LS1013 extend slightly over the ends of the bracket, but in no way is this a problem or unsteady. A such, they make a good combination."
"This saw stand is undoubtedly one of the best value for money units on the market, and Screwfix have come up trumps with their usual low prices. I have had mine for 3 years and it has stood up to some rough handling. I have no problem in recommending it to anyone. I use mine with a DeWalt 706 12" chopsaw and it makes a very versatile combo. GO for it!"
"Absolutely brilliant, a must addition to anyone who already owns or is looking to buy a mitre saw. Extends upto 3.9m whilst staying extremely sturdy. I use with Dewalt D27111 Mitre/Table Saw which is their heaviest machine and it always delivers. Folds in and out very quickly and carry handle is a great feature. Also available are additional rollers that replace existing stop ends if you require."
