"This product is not for corner shower cubicles unless you have very high ceilings. The arm for the shower have to be pushed through the fittings from above (not possible with ceiling hight 240), or from the side (hits the cubicle wall on either side. The product itself is lovely and practical. Fortunately I have two bathrooms, and could just swap around, so I could still use the product."
"Watch it - this is a jolly good shower, once its fitted, and assuming you've got a powerful shower pump or decent mains pressure - however it is a sod to fit. As explained by others you have to fit the wall fixings first, and then somehow slide the rail through - the rail has to slide through the top fitting first going downwards from above due to the fitting for the monsoon head preventing it from being fed the other way - in my case I had to rotate the fixing to the left - slide the rail through and then rotate it back to vertical as simply that was the only way to get it to work - so you need AT LEAST 1M above or to the side of the top fixing as otherwise this won't fit - ( it is 1m as have measured) Once I got it hooked up, and be careful when attaching the diverter, I bought another of these and the fitting sheered - so not too much force, it works really well, plenty of water and a really good shower - spending lots on the shower pump is at last worth it - Must also say that Screwfix had no issue with refunding the broken unit and got the replacement into my local store v fast as well."
"This was on offer so I bought it. Quality is very good however in most situations it is impossible to fit. The main tube is supported by 2 brackets which consist of an inner part and a cover, The inner is screwed to the wall and the outer covers it. Both inner and cover have holes for the main tube to pass through so unless you have room to swing the inner around or to lower it down from above through the 2 holes it wont work. Unless you modify it as I did. Cut the end of the inner bracket away so the tube can be fitted in to it when it fitted to the wall then drill through the outer bracket in to the inner and insert a PK ideally SS. It works fine but you shouldn't have to butcher a brand new item"
"this is my replacement shower after buying the cheaper model (The full round one for £60) This model seems much more sturdier and certainly easier to fit than the cheaper one. only had it a day but it seems okay, the cheaper one I took back twice due to failure in working properly and then paid the extra £11 for this one"
"I had to take the shower back for a replacement and a second one had the same problem. The shower head and riser were really good quality .However when it came to fitting the hose to the riser a chrome colored plastic adapter with the wrong thread was supplied ,if this part was metal and the correct thread this shower riser would be excellent."
