"Extremely simple to use, cut through 15mm copper pipe within a few twists. Cant validate whether it would hold up to continual commercial use but for the odd domestic job it is invaluable for the price."
"Agree with all the other comments and would add it's the ONLY way to cut those roller blinds down! Have used one for years on several houses and lost it in the latest move but think I can justify the £2.99 outlay on a replacement. Have recommended this to several female friends whose husbands keep promising to put the blinds up and they've been amazed at just how easy DIY can be with the right equipment. Light, easy to adjust, safe to use. Perfect."
"I brought this for some plumbing jobs around the house, and it worked very well until I tried to cut a 28mm steel pipe, it was getting through it very well but I must have been rotating it the wrong way as the bolt holding the cutting wheel in came out and fell down the back of a panel never to be seen again. Other than some times needing some help to cut strait was excellent value for the DIY'er, don't know why you would spend any more money (unless you want to cut through steel)"
"I bought this to fit some new radiator valves and its great for the price. The frame seems well made for a cheap tool and the cutting wheel leaves a clean straight cut. I couldn't ask for more really out a £3 tool. I doubt it would last long in daily use but ideal for the DIY'er"
Comes with a spare blade . Made 4 cuts on plastic pipes with one blade and 5 cuts on the copper with the other blade .
It looks like they will last for copper but must be new to cut plastic properly . Excellent value for money will keep in toolbox for copper pipes and buy another one if i need to cut plastic again . Very pleased"
