Customer Reviews for Leyland Heavy Duty Floor Paint Slate 5Ltr
Review 1 for Leyland Heavy Duty Floor Paint Slate 5Ltr
"We painted over our existing garage floor paint. This went on easily (like the stuff we've used in the past and with the roller we bought from Screwfix covered well even over rougher areas where the previous paint had lifted).
Unfortunately like the others we've tried, as soon as you put a car tyre on it, its gone. We've parked a car on it once and when the car moves, the paint comes with it in the spot where the tyre was in contact).
This is apparently due to chemical reaction between tyres and the paint. This type of paint used to be called garage floor paint. Perhaps they've dropped the "garage" bit to avoid "fit for purpose" issues.
Looks fine but no good if you plan to put a car in your garage."

Review 4 for Leyland Heavy Duty Floor Paint Slate 5Ltr
"I bought this paint thinking that with it being allegedly heavy duty it would last and be durable, how wrong was I. I used it on my garage floor on top of the existing paint. it was very easy to put on and dried with a nice finish. thats the good part. My daughter parked her car in the garage after about a week after it was painted, as she reversed out the paint the tyres had rested on came off on the tyres. I painted over the marks and put mats down to try and stop it to no avail. the slightest drop of water and the paint bubbles and lifts. Certainly wouldnt but it again or recommend it."
