Gilbows are the best

"Gilbows have been the brand leader on snips for generations. They will give years of service. Do not scrimp to save a fiver to buy an inferior product. These will become a friend for life."

Simple And Effective Tools
3 Dec 2012

"Been using these Gilbow snips for a few years to cut thin sheet steel, plastics and composite materials to shape with ease, unlike the serrated jaw aviation type snips these don't leave slightly serrated imprints in the edge of your cut materials. They give a clean quick cut providing they are used within their capacity and give the impression that they will carry on doing so for years to come."
