"Exchanged an unopened Forge Steel knife for this one because the reviews are better. It's currently a third the price of the next cheapest and other than not feeling too solid, there's nothing to complain about. Unless you're going to be using one frequently there doesn't seem much point spending more."
"At such a low price I thought it was worth a risk. I didn't expect much of this knife for the price, but it is actually fairly well built and the supplied blades were nice and sharp for cutting plasterboard. Might as well grab another couple of these to have laying around in toolboxes at this price"
"No frills knife with retractable blade. Held together by a big screw you can undo with a coin if you can't find a screwdriver. But it's really cheap. And let's face it, that's mainly what you need with these things (I lose them a lot). Can't complain about £1.29 with 5 blades too."
"When you can set the tip of the blade peeping out a mil or two, this style of knife is particularly useful for making a starting cut down the outer casing of twin & earth cable.
This cheapo can do just that. It's fine for other jobs too, only criticism being that changing the blade is a bit fiddly as the blade carrier won't sit down quietly with the casing off. An excellent product for the price."
