"Its good quality and good value for money. My only issue is that most doors you would turn right to open. This handle is opposite. Its absoloutley fine. Just takes some getting used to so you dont walk into the door!. Bought with a £5 off voucher so very pleased! Would reccommend."
"I used this as an additional lock on my front door. It looks great and makes a Positive difference to how my door closes. There is an optional black box to put on your frame, I would recommend using it. Thanks Screwfix"
"Over the last year I have changed every handle in the house for these from ERA, using both locking and non-locking types as appropriate. These are quick to fit with a 50mm hole cuttter and 25mm wood bit or hole cutter. The tubular latch included allows you to choose a handle centre between 60 to 70mm. This takes into account variances in the width of door stiles or deep door stops fitted to fire check door frames, etc. You can lock the handle without a key - very useful and convenient but make sure you keep the spare in a key cabinet!"
"I was trying to source some Weiser type handles for a door as the existing handles had an intermittent fault; it would randomly decide not to open the door and lock you in! I thought I would try these and they were a perfect like for like replacement with no additional adjustments needed to the door or frame. They are not the same build quality as original Weiser handles but seem to work well; time will tell on reliability."
"Used this to replace handle and lock on garage side door. Took minutes to fit and works perfectly. Information that it is for internal use is wrong as packaging states its for front and back doors which of course are external. Dont know about reliablity but looking at it it looks like it will last. Forced by the system to put in reliabilty stars"
"The chromium finish although very good has a yellowish tint that clashes with most other chromium finished products that one may wish to fit onto a door. e.g the screwfix escutcheon, and letter box are of a different tint."
