Didn't shear

" Used these with ground anchors but they did not want to shear off despite some strong tightening. Was worried that they were going to pull out the ground anchors if i tightened them anymore. Resorted to using an angle grinder to get the desired effect. I have used similar nuts before without a problem. "

Dont bother

" Sheared off far too easily for me so much so that I just grabbed the cone with my fingers & removed the bolt with a spanner, other than visual deterrent these are therefore completely pointless!! Even if they did work properly I don't think M5 fittings are suitable for any degree of security, if whatever you are securing can be drilled to take larger bolts "
