"This bench is a ton better than the conventional style workbench and I've had a Black&Decker and a Draper Expert. The only improvement I can think of is to make the edges of the bench more solid so that work pieces can be clamped more efficiently. The edges are currently only just strong enough for this."
"Needed a strong and sturdy work surface for my table saw and large sliding mitre saw. . The removeable clamps are so much better than the handles on old BD bench, which always seemed to snag up when storing in a full garage."
"I have had this workbench for 4 weeks. The large worktop makes it more useful than the conventional portable bench but not as adaptable, hence only three stars for features. It is however a worthy addition to anyones toolkit."
"This is a great bit of kit. Had it a while now and love it. Sturdy, good size, sets up and folds down in seconds. The included clamps are good too. Two of my customers have been out and bought one of these after seeing mine in action. If you're not sure whether to get this or a workmate, get this."
"Not just an ordinary folding workbench. This is a top quality bench. It is very sturdy, easy to open and simple to store. It even comes with a pair of strong bar clamps for holding your heavy power tools or work piece. Highly recommended."
"Very impressed with this product - sturdy, solid feel, unfolds within seconds (like shaking one of those collapsible boxes open - though obviously much much heavier), and locks into position. Much better than two of the folding metal leg types (one from well known brand) which I have had and used until now. Also love the way it folds back down into a neat slim "suitcase" style type object which I can slide into position along the garage wall or similar."
"Wow! Can a workbench really be this easy to put up and collapse for storage. Well, yes it can, because you grab the handles at the sides while pressing two buttons and lift upwards. The legs drop down and lock in position, then a couple of flaps are moved to secure everything. The weight of the bench effectively does the work for you. A couple of clamps are stored inside ready for inserting into slots in the bench top. The whole process takes less than half a minute and collapsing it is just as quick. Because it's so small and portable, it can be easily stored or thrown in a car boot. I haven't really had the bench long enough to gauge how durable it is, but it seems really well made and is already earning it's keep. In my opinion, it is well worth the money!"
"Took longer to get the securing tape off than it took to erect the table. I can only agree with the other reviewers who have got it spot on. Best workmate I have purchased, puts my B&D workmates in the shade. As others have said, reliability is a guess as I have only purchased it this week (but so impressed)."
