"cheap and cheerful tool to have as a spare. not as well made as my previous one but was half the price. have had to return one already for replacement as the circlip came out releasing the inner workings. good for the money though."
"A waste of time when trying to get to screws in awkward places, unless you have 3 hands. Its only real use is for screws close to a corner where the drill chuck would normally touch wall/skirting etc, but only where there is clear access. I was dissapointed with this item which has now been demoted from my drill box to the garden shed"
"I bought one to get to fiddly screws in between flooring joists. It broke before the first screw was secured! The problem seems to be the gearbox, any pressure or torque and the gears stripped their cogs. Took back and Screwfix as usual refunded fully with no questions asked."
"Sorry to be negative but this attachment does not acheive the normal standards that Screwfix usually offer. It is very poorly made the circlip groove was too big and would not retain the head into the body so every time you came to tighten a screw the whole thing just fell apart. there is no more can be said steer well clear. To end on a positive note Screwfix did refund immediately without any questions and an extra positive, It's the first thing I have had to return in almost 15 years with Screwfix so things aren't all bad."
"I purchased this Angled Bit Holder to enable me to remove gutter bracket screws that, after my roof had been re-tiled, where inaccessible using a screwdriver. This tool appeared to be the solution to my problem. It should have been! Unfortunately the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Even when not under load, the turning action was rough; the bevel gears seems to be so badly supported that they couldn't mesh properly. I dribbled some lubricant in to the assembly to try and improve the situation but to no avail. I did eventually manage to remove the gutter bracket screws but only by using small parts of the rotation and resetting the bit position frequently. So I did achieve my goal, but it should not have been so frustrating. I shall be returning the item to Screwfix for comment. Unless the build quality is improved, I would not recommend this Angled Bit Holder."
"Thos Angled driver popped apart as soon as the first screw started to grip, This was a 5x75mm Goldscrew into softwood with a 40mm pilot hole so absolutely no excuse. As soon as presure started, the C ring holding the driver socket popped out and drive was lost. I reassembled it and tried again but it fell apart each time. I would strongly recommend not buying this. I returned it and bought the Offline Driver ( 70920) at a similar price and that seems fine."
"Whilst I have had 'pack to bin in a day' products in the past, it was because they were worn out. This item simply wouldn't work. It turned easily enough by hand, but with a bit fitted, and a bit of load applied, it seized solid.
