"Dont have a BESA cutout, so you cant hang it on a screw to fit, wire entry isnt in the middle, no good as a replacement.
Terminals too small.
Poor product, the 5ft are better at least the cable entry is in the middle.
Very long winded to fit.
as to reliability ?????

"Fitted this in a customer's kitchen as a replacement for old fitting.
Difficult to fit as no keyhole slots apart from around centre (which coincide with the bit of ceiling usually destroyed by hamfisted installation/removal/replacement of ceiling roses & fittings)
Despite balancing a 6' fitting while trying to mark & then fix through small fidly holes (keyhole slots mean you can mark the ceiling then slide the fitting on and tighten the screws) I could forgive that if the thing hadn't failed within three months.
This resulted in a call back to diagnose the problem (the fitting had just stopped working), a trip back to Screwfix for a replacement, and then another trip back to return the faulty fitting for a credit.
So I had an irritable customer to pacify, used up about 2.5 hours of my time sorting the problem, and actually lost money on the whole thing.
I would avoid this product."
