"These are the first builders gloves I've bought that keep your hands warm, give you lots of grip & are durable for an excellent price...after spending a week in rain, sleet & snow digging up concrete posts with lots of abrasive use...I'm still on my first pair of gloves...no tears,no wear, no smells (other gloves I've used make your hands smell like kippers...bad times ..especially at chow time !! ) Chuffed."
"Bought these gloves for a large garden project involving moving tons of rubble and rubbish. After a few days the gloves were good as new once washed and my hands were totally unmarked. Amazing value and good quality!"
"I have found these gloves outlast cheaper ones up to six times as long. So long I have even had to wash them and they still keep on going. I use them for building work, ground clearance, rough joinery, smallholding, tree surgery anything. The special offer makes them an excellent buy."
"Good quality knit and decent thick rubber, comfortable and gives good grip. However as others have said mind the sizing on these, I am typically 8/M but these at 9/L fit me perfectly, so you may need to get a size up."
"Have used these for a week so far and they've performed well to protect my hands from wood, metal. The knit backing gives breathability and allows the goves to stretch a bit to wear bicycle gloves underneath for cushioning with high vibration tasks.
I usually wear 'medium' size gloves, but these still work well even though a very little bit loose."
"Good gloves for a range of uses. Just check the size guide on Showa's website as I needed to go for large for me and medium for the missus- no you can't have pink love!!- and that's a size up from the size of gloves I would normally buy"
"I deliver white goods (washing machines) and these gloves perform excellently they allow me to straight lift large fridge freezers into peoples houses very easily Excellent grip Excellent quality Long lasting"
"Hi guys. Yeah I know, it's just a glove, or is it? I bought these for home use, we were putting up a fence at the time & I didn't fancy cuts & splinters, although they do say it's not proper DIY until you've cut yourself lol :-D. They grip well, there's this texturing on the orange surface, they cushion your hands from narrow or jagged edges and protect from general knocks and scrapes. What they don't tell you is that once you've worn them in a little, & put them through the wash, they become a bit tacky which helps them grab hold of things even better! I work with polythene bags at work & thought the tacky might help grab them too, it does! They're so good that I got the boss to buy some, and a pair of 305 for when it's raining :-)"
