"Usually cut corners with brush cleaning and that shows on my brushes. With this I used one brush for all detail work on a commercial sized kitchen (oil based eggshell) and the brush was fine day after day. The box pad does need re-fuelling after six months or so, and also the box is too short for long handled sash brushes."

Review 3 for Rodo Brushmate Trade Brushes Box 4 Piece Set
"I don't often leave reviews but I am really happy with this purchase. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I thought it was a bit pricey for what is essentially a plastic box and a pad filled with chemicals, but after using it over the last few days I can’t believe I didn’t buy one earlier!
I’ve been using Satinwood gloss over the last few days and after each use, I’ve put the brushes in the Brushmate. When I resume painting the following day the brushes are perfectly restored, ready for the next painting session.
Over the years I have gone through a number of paint brushes after putting them in a white spirit and forgetting about them only coming back to find the bristles have gone rock solid! Not to mention the mess I make in the kitchen sink! I have also tried wrapping the brushes in cling film, which does work if you are using the brushes the next day but does not compare to using the Brushmate, especially for long term storage.
The savings on brushes, white spirit, time and effort is a bonus!"

Review 4 for Rodo Brushmate Trade Brushes Box 4 Piece Set
"Its basically a plastic box with a vapour pad in it. But it's fantastic, keeps oil based brushes fresh, saves time on cleaning and no mess! Very simple but very effective. Now have a number of these for white/cream/coloured/woodstain brushes."
