"Seem good quality with a good regulated pressure crimp. Comparable with some crimpers twice the price. And certainly better than the scissor crimps. So far have held up to a lot of crimping of yellow and blue. Haven't really done any red yet. A little bit awkward in tight spaces, but then, most crimpers are."
"Having previously bought some lightweight crimping pliers for a one off job. I had several frustrating failures, both of connection and tool, on later tasks so opted for these more durable pliers.
I have used them over the past few days and have had a 100% success with connections and the tool feels so much better in the hand not flexing when the pressure is applied. Not the cheapest tool available but excellent value for money."
"Had struggled with the normal cheap plier type crimp tool wasting at least one in two crimps and also some crimps failing a pull test even after looking well made. Purchased this tool and used on more than twenty crimps - no waste and no failed crimps. Halved the time spent doing the job and it did it properly! Well worth buying and gives a professional result."
"Rachet crimpers are just great. Far better than your regular 'hand' crimper. The tension on the ratchet crimpers is adjustable so you simple squeeze until IT lets go. No more wires falling out of crimped connections (provided you follow the colour-coding and select the right guage wire for the right colour connector) which in-turn means no more wasted crimps!"
