Cracking value for money

" I've just bought my second one of these - the first having lasted 5 years of hard labour sanding a range of hardwoods. Its a good mid duty sander, light, strong and well made. Excellent value for money. One tip from a long time user - I strongly recommend adding a 'pad saver' onto the hook and loop base. The first thing to go on the old one was the hook n loop, but a pad saver prevents that. "

Hitachi orbital sander

" A nice tool that does what it says on the box, comfortable in the hand and not to heavy, I mainly use it for polishing cars, with the appropriate sponge I might add and not sandpaper discs.
MY only criticism is that the dust bag won't stay on when using it for sanding, air pressure builds up quickly and blows it off, not a problem is you're going to use it out side but inside it means the dust will be everywhere, there's no vacuum attachment supplied either, a bit of an over sight.
Other then that it is what it is. "
