"I've used these type of straps before but usually from builders merchants as they don't tend to be stocked by the more commercial outlets. They are reassuringly thick and heavy, ideal for holding timber wall plates down on the top of new block work. When fitted they span 4.5 courses of blocks so plenty of fixing points and fully compliant with building regs. There is only one minor issue, the 150mm section after the bend does protrude out over the face of a 100mm wall. This is reduced by rendering etc but would more than likely need grinding back before fitting if you need a clean smooth face."

Review 5 for Sabrefix Heavy Duty Restraint Straps 10 Pack
"the wall plate straps are not as described they measure in length only 1000 mm not 1200mm. therefore are not as long and do not fully cover four blocks as recommended in the building construction guidance best practices."
