"I can't recommend this product enough, i bought 6 of these for my ground floor landing, and they look very good, i fixed LED bulbs in them. Yea only the spring quality is not very good, you shouldn't force them or else either they will come off or fitting will break. Also there is only space for 2 wires to cross so do connect junction box like i did. I didn't take photos i think i'll do that on next review."

Review 5 for LAP Adjustable Round Mains Voltage Downlight Polished Chrome 240V
"Nice light fittings - 66mm cut-outs mean that they can be done with a standard hole-saw which is really useful, and means they are not too obtrusive.
Lightholder pivots, so you need to twist the fitting in the hole to make sure it pivots the correct way - bear this and any joist-interference in mind!
Terminal block is inside the black junction block. Not much room inside - only really just enough room for two cables, so will need to use junction boxes where coming off the main ring.
I have 10 in my bedroom. Looks amazing. I have used LED bulbs to prevent any overheating - the junction box really 'should' be within a fire hood, particularly if using the full 50W lamps. If you do use LED lamps make sure they are 'standard' GU10 size - some of them have been made bigger to fit the technology in them.
