Top Performer

"Excellent value product that transforms the kitchen hot tap. No need to stand there waiting for the water to warm up, it's virtually instant. Currently experimenting with a timer that only runs the unit for a total of 45 minutes during the day - to date this is sufficient for washing up, hand washing, etc. Straightforward to install (watch the YouTube video beforehand as the installation instructions are the only poor part of the product). Screwfix gave the best price so they got the sale with the bonus of next day delivery."

Good Water Heater.

"This is a good water heater for the price. As a professional plumber I had no problem with the installation but a DIYer may struggle as extra fittings are needed, such as MI adapters for the PRV, would be better if this had compression fittings."

Cheap hot water
27 Feb 2012
By plumber99

"This is a cheap way to get some hot water to a basin or two. The dielectric connectors seem to break down over time. However it is easy to install although it is important to follow instructions re expansion, etc."

"large amount of metallic deposits in the water from this boiler from day1. no matter how many water we use, they never go away, the water is dirty always!!!
not recommend at all!!!!
we checked the manual, it sates:
the grey metallic deposits in water is caused by the corrosion of the sacrificial anode which is normal operation of the unit.
