"Used before for reinsulating old flats and it works a treat.
Use 25mm batons on the old walls, staple on the insulation, overlapping sheets by 75mm and tape up all the joins using foil tape. Then screw 25mm batons using 4*75mm wood screws and a decent drill, and place new plasterboard on top. You loose a small amount of floor space, but the extra heat is worth it!
Don't try drilling through the insulation as you'll get your bit stuck, but you can drive decent sized screws through."

Review 2 for SuperQuilt Multipurpose Aluminium Insulation 5 x 1.5m
"Already bought 2 larger rolls before so know the product. Easy to cut with good quality kitchen siccors. Fix with 14mm staples I can't comment on reliability as not used long enough to say, but other reports are good. House Much warmer and no hassle with having to wear mask and gloves since no glass fibres. Would use again"
