" Excellent product. Robust and certainly did a good job. Enabled a bunch of untidy cables to be hidden nicely. "

Mega Stuff!

" I decided to replace my 40mm * 25mm that was too full of cables and was coming away from my conservatory wall with the next size up, which happened to be this one. I had to order it on the next day collection, which went through smoothly, even over a bank holiday weekend. I opened it to start retrunking and found this trunking to be twice as sturdy than the regular suff you find in the regular DIY stores. The removable strip did not simply come away from the main housing it had to be deliberately pulled, there was no way this stuff was going to pop off on it's own under pressure. I needed a rubber mallett in order to put it back on, so it is very secure. The plastic is also thick about 1.5-2mm thick so shaping it maybe a long winded if you have a junior hacksaw. I used a power mitre saw which did the job very easily, but it did sometimes leave pits on the plastic at the cutting point. With the trunking now up the 'line' looks 'sharp', the cables within are no longer squashed. The colour looks well matched to the UPC used for my conservatory. I'm very proud of it.
Pros: Very Sturdy, looks as though it will last a lifetime, will not bend or distort, a clean white colour.
Cons: Did seem to be a little expensive per metre, but it is a quality product so perhaps that offsets the cost. Not aware of anything else at the moment.
