" Bought to use biscuit joints in table top made from 22mm oak. Did the job perfectly using my old 1/4" router "

" I was but luckily it worked out for me as the story tells.
On my one, the shaft as it joins the blade, is wider than the bearing. Therefore, I have an unused bearing, luckily the slot was the correct depth for the biscuits, so how deep would it be if the shaft was the right size?? Sloppy fit?? "

" frustrating purchase becasue the shoulder was larger than the bearing so it was impoosible to cut the correct biscuit depth. No problem returning. but biscuit, predictably completely failed (would not take the no 20 biscuit - not deep enough). Simply check that the cutter looks like the one in the picture and not with oversized shoulder - How does this happen ?? "
