"Very good blades. Cuts wood, and metal as well. Cut nails and screws. Sometimes it bends when I hit somethin with it, I straightened it with a hammer so many times and still like new."

uni blades

"had to remove some windows that were fastened in with steel straps and lathes so after reading the description ( cuts through nails and metal plate) i though these were just the job.
Wasn't really the case though, i was using one blade per window, they were going blunt very quickly and at £13.50 for 5 it's gets expensive.
I guess by metal plate they're referring to aluminium.
overall they're great for cutting timber but once you hit nails or screws the life span is greatly diminished.
