"" It was for my main cold water tank . Well made piece of kit. all brass including nuts Changed over in no time at all . Only given performance & reliability rating a 4 star as l have only just changed it but believe it would be a 5 star"
"This is for your main cold water tank. Very honest piece of kit, all brass, brass nuts not those horrid plastic things. Whipped the old one out and put this one in in 21 minutes. No leaks, fast fill, shuts off quickly with no judder or banging. Don't forget to buy the float, while you are up there you might as well."
"Had an overflowing tank in the attic and decided to fix it myself. The product is well made and was simple to fit - once I'd managed to get the old corroded one off. Well worth giving it a go yourself and saving money on calling out a plumber! If you're a novice like me check out YouTube."
"Really please with this product, took no time to fit and up to now there is no drips, fits the water tank which is 40 years in the making perfect, cannot rate Performance or Reliability as l have only just fitted it."
"Hi just to say that the new Ball cock and valve was so esay to fitt ,and in operation very quiet, over the last one that had been in my house for the last 38 years, and to which I had changed the rubber washer about five times, seeing that this one does not have a rubber seal hears hoping that it will be the last time I go up in to the loft to replace."
"I decided to purchase this more expensive version as it had a more heavyweight qualiy feel. Easy to install although you will need to purchase rubber washers for brass nuts to ensure watertight fix. To early to say if its reliable."
"Every time we flushed toilet / filled bath etc the noise of the water refilling the cold water tank was annoying...I had a look and found the float valve was a cheap part that was falling apart. I fitted the Pegler valve and its better quality was immediately obvious...very little noise now! .....Highly recommended!"
