"Programming these is difficult as the controls are FAR from intuitive. Once set -up they work well and are very quiet. I would recommend if you were going to set them up once and leave well alone but changing the programming is so difficult you will not want to be messing with them."
"I bought these on the advice of our heating engineer because it is a good brand and has won an award. But they are horrible to use, tiny display that can't be read without crouching down and positioning your head directly above the valve, hard to understand controls - impossible if you are not a gadget-freak so don't expect your family to thank you for fitting these. The buttons are hard to see and give no feedback. I've also used a Pegler i-temp valve and this is a much better product, big clear screen at a good viewing angle, easy to read buttons that click when you press them, a big wheel to adjust the temperature and a reasonably simple operating method that many people will be able to understand. A vastly better product for real people."
